Refund and Returns Policy

At thewatchpk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14-30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Personalized or engraved items may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Watches damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective upon arrival).


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within  7–10 days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at returns@thewatchpk.com before sending your product back.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

  • For your safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
